Soave Real Estate Group Names Bill Crawford Director of Land Acquisition

DETROIT – SOAVE REAL ESTATE GROUP, a division of Detroit-based SOAVE ENTERPRISES, has named Bill Crawford as Director of Land Acquisition. The announcement was made today by Michael D. Hollerbach, senior vice president of SOAVE ENTERPRISES, L.L.C.

In this position, Crawford is responsible for the financial modeling of acquisition targets, submarket analysis and overseeing the feasibility and due diligence processes. The company’s current real estate portfolio, owned by Soave and his related companies, includes: Brambleton, a 2,000+ acre Planned Unit Development (PUD) with its own zip code in Loudoun County, Virginia; luxury condominium developments in Florida; and other commercial, residential and investment properties located in Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Illinois.

Prior to joining the SOAVE REAL ESTATE GROUP, Crawford was employed with Pulte Homes in Orlando and Detroit where he held financial, purchasing and land rolls responsibilities.

Crawford is a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in materials management and Wayne State University with an MBA in accounting. He resides in Bloomfield Hills.
