Mr. Hollerbach is a seasoned expert and 30-year veteran in the accounting and real estate industries. Drawn to Soave Enterprises by its dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, he began as a consultant and assumed his current position in 2005. He oversees the real estate division and is responsible for over 20 projects in Southeastern Michigan, Virginia and Florida.
Before joining Soave, Mr. Hollerbach built a long track record of real estate success, most recently at Pulte Homes, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from 1980 to 1998. Shepherding the company through a major restructuring, he helped Pulte grow from 14 markets in 1980 to 43 at the time of his departure. A CPA, Mr. Hollerbach also ran his own consulting firm and served for five years on the audit staff of Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young).
A graduate of Western Michigan University, Mr. Hollerbach is involved with the Detroit Regional Economic Partnership, the Colorado Board of Real Estate, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,and the Board of Trustees of University Liggett School.
