Mr. Levin is an operations and accounting expert who joined Soave Enterprises in 1991 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of City Management Corporation. His business acumen and steadfast focus on long-term value growth helped City Management become Michigan's largest independent waste disposal company and an industry leader in environmental practices and community responsibility. Since its sale in 1998, Mr. Levin has led the development of the Soave portfolio to its current form. He also has direct responsibility for the metals recycling group among others.
Mr. Levin is a graduate of Michigan State University, a Certified Public Accountant and spent 25 years as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before joining Soave, he also served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Highland Superstores.
Heavily involved in the community, Mr. Levin is a member of several boards and committees including those at the Detroit Medical Center, Cloverhill Park Cemetery, Shaarey Zedek Synagogue, Detroit Riverfront Conservancy and the Jewish Welfare Federation, among others.
